How to Use the VineKey Wine Opener Pen

Open your wine effortlessly with just a few simple steps:

1. Remove the Foil with the Built-in Cutter
Twist off the bottom cap of your VineKey wine opener to reveal the built-in foil cutter. Place it on top of the bottle, squeeze gently, and rotate to cleanly cut and remove the foil.

2. Insert the Needle
Hold the bottle steady and insert the stainless steel needle straight down through the center of the cork until the needle is fully inside.

3. Pump the Handle
Gently pump the handle up and down. With each pump, air pressure builds beneath the cork, lifting it upward. Most corks require 4–6 pumps.

4. Watch the Cork Rise
The cork will gradually rise out of the bottle with a smooth, satisfying pop no pulling or twisting required.

5. Remove the Cork
Once the cork is out, carefully slide it off the needle. Your bottle is now ready to pour and enjoy.
